Luttmann, Rick

Rick Luttmann has been a Professor of Mathematics at Sonoma State University since 1970. Gail (Luttmann) Damerow is a writer now living in Tennessee. In the 1970's these co-authors lived on a small farm outside of Sebastopol, California, where they raised chickens, waterfowl, and many other types of fowl. They had a permanent garden and a small orchard as well, and raised most of their own food. When they tried to find books on raising small flocks, they discovered the only books available for "small" flocks envisioned 10,000 birds! So they researched and wrote their own. A second how-to book on waterfowl is now out-of-print. This book was recently digitized and is readable on Kindle. It was also translated into Spanish and is published in Buenos Aires, Argentina under the title "¿Como Criar el Gallo?"
